Winter League Registration - Due 10/5

Winter League Registration is due Monday, October 5th. We may not be able to take on any players after that date this year so please be sure to sign up if you intend to play.

- Due by 10/5
- Cost is $150 per player and due by the first game
- Games are Saturdays or Sundays, times vary, 1 per week, no holiday weekends
- Indoor full field turf at Spooky Nook Sports Facility
- Varsity and JV Teams
- Season starts in November and ends Mid-February
- The schedule will be sent out as soon as it is made available

Team Helmet Order - Due 10/9

Please review the details below. The team order/price is only offered at this time of the year. There will not be a winter or spring order. All players will be required to have a matching shell when the spring season starts.

The cascade S is a high quality helmet at a great discount on price.

- Cost for Cascade S is $180 (retails $290)
- Payment can be made by cash or check to Boosters
Orders are due 10/9
- Delivery should be before holidays
- This is the same design we ordered in 2020.
- All players must have a matching green shell to participate in games this spring
- Prior to the spring season any helmet is fine (winter league)
- If you have any questions on the current condition/quality of your helmet or if it is able to be worn this spring let me know
- If you have had the same helmet for 3 or more seasons it may be time to consider a replacement
- Any helmets with missing screws, rust, cracks/dents, or any other wear and tear that makes them unsafe should be replaced.

Open House - Wednesday, September 9th at 3:15pm 
Players will get to do a workout at the facility and get a better understanding of the program
- You can register for the fall and/or winter session at this event
- You can also register at the first training session next Monday (9/14)

- Players will have a choice of signing up for a 2x/week or 3x/week program
- Training will be broken into a Fall session (September, October, November) and a Winter session (December, January, February) to accommodate those players that play a Fall or Winter sport.
- Sessions will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:15 to 4:15 
- The facility will be reserved for CD Lacrosse only during that time period
- Players signing up for the 3x/week option will be able to schedule their third day based on their availability
Fall session would begin on Monday 9/14 and end on Wednesday 12/2

Registration can be completed at the open house on Wednesday (9/9) at 3:15pm or you can sign up at the first session next Monday (9/14).

In order to participate in the practices ALL players will need to do the following
1. Complete Athletics Waiver: LINK
- Email a copy to me prior to attending practice
2. Review Athletics Health and Safety Plan: LINK
3. All players will be screened prior to the start of workouts
4. Bring a mask  
- masks will be worn prior to cardiovascular activity beginning
- Coaches will be required to wear masks at all times
5. Bring Your Own Water Bottle 
- If you do not have your own water you will not be able to participate

- No access to locker rooms or water coolers 

6. No parents or spectators are allowed at any activity.

7. No sharing pinnies, equipment, towels, or clothing.

8. Social distancing before, during and after workouts will be adhered to

- designated areas for bags 6 feet apart

- Separation during warm-ups & drills

9. Any player or coach who is feeling ill should not attend workouts. Stay home if you are, or think you might be, sick.

If any of these conditions are not met players will not be able to participate. 

Fall workouts will be voluntary.
