STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PROGRAM

This off-season we want to focus on two main areas with our players, strength/conditioning and improved fundamentals. The time we put in with these things now will play very large dividends next spring and in future seasons. For this to be successful it will take time and hard work (two most important ingredients).

Denny D, the football strength and conditioning coach, has offered to work with the lacrosse players this summer and this is something we want interested/available players to take advantage of. The schedule is below. This, like all off-season activities is not mandatory. We understand players have work, travel, and family commitments. STARTS SATURDAY, JUNE 11TH
All workouts are 9:00-10:00 at CDHS
Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday startng June 11th and continue through June and July
* On select days players will be notified to bring stick, helmet, and gloves for fundamental/skill work from 10:00-10:45am
