- All players should attempt to complete this circuit each week
- If you have any questions on the specifics of a workout email Coach (or google :)
- Adjust the workouts to fit your strength/conditioning level
- Do your best, work in groups, and share your progress
- Player in each class who completes the most workouts gets a prize!
