PLAYER PHYSICALS AT CD
Please note this year you need to sign up for a time slot for the physicals at the school. Physicals can be done outside of the ones offered by the school but must be dated after 1/25/21. If you have had a physical done before that (must be 6/20/20 or later) you will need a section 7.
Any players who have not previously played a sport at CD High School will also need an impact test.

We will be hosting Spring Physicals on Feb. 25th, 2021 - starting at 2:50 pm and running until 4:15pm.
There is a sign-up genius for the kids to sign up for a time slot - this helps us maintain distance and number of athletes we have coming at one time.

All dates on physicals and re-certs should be dated after Jan. 25th 2021 - if they had a physical prior to that but after June 1, 2020 - they will also need a section 7 filled out stating that nothing has changed since then!
