Workouts resume on Tuesday, August 16th.
These will be more similar to a typical lacrosse practice with some strength/conditioning elements worked in. Players should be in full equipment (helmet, gloves, shoulder pads, elbow pads, mouth piece, and sport cup).
Times are listed below, these will again be at the practice field at the High School.
